It’s lunch time! Don’t we all love that hour in the busy day when we can sit with a tray of deliciousness and savor a meal that should leave us with enough fuel to kick-ass the rest of the evening? In European countries, they actually have long lunch breaks that stretch over hours because they enjoy their afternoon meal that much.
When it comes to our children, we want the best for them as well. We send them to school to educate them on various subjects, we send them for extra-curricular activities so that they can have all-round growth. And most importantly, we give them the best nutrition our money can buy so that they develop and have all the energy they need to excel. Are you aware of what your child eats when at school?
